Real estate agents searching the MLS can find your property and contact you using the contact information and showing instructions provided in your listing. North Carolina is served by several regional MLS systems, and their coverage areas sometimes overlap. The listing broker determines the appropriate MLS based on your property's exact address and applicable listing requirements.
Your property information may also be distributed to Zillow, Realtor.com, and other real estate websites through MLS syndication and data-sharing arrangements. Each website independently determines which listings it displays and how the information appears.
Any buyer-agent compensation is negotiated separately outside the MLS. Compensation offers are not included in MLS listings.
